Sorvun II + This was a bias article and is propaganda - + - Sorvun II is a new region that has come into existence from an ideological conflict. Originally, the people inhabiting Sorvun II were all citizens on the NationStates Region of Sorvun. However, there was a push by Bookie, East Mars and others to give the Region a full-fledged Constitution. A Proposed Sorvun Region Constitution is in existence and was created by East Mars. + - + - Ideolology Conflict + - + - The Founder of Sorvun, Thandryn has felt that in the future governments of Sorvun, he should have guaranteed power. However, the members of Sorvun who were actively debating the Constitution felt that the granting of such power would make the region not fully democratic. As Thandryn employed the tools of banning members whom he deemed were making statements that offended him, and ejecting them from the NationStates Region: the members who were pro-democratic decided not to take this anymore. Two important events ocurred: the banning from NationStates and the attempted removal from InvisionFree forums of the Supreme Court Justice Bookie Monster; and the banning from NationStates of the recently acclaimed Prime Minister, Frankogondo. + - + - Supreme Court Justice Removal + - The Supreme Court Justice Bookie Monster created the InvisionFree forum for Sorvun. As a result, InvisionFree logs the IP of the creator and makes them a super-admin who can return to being an admin at any point in the future. Bookie Monster had granted the President Thandryn with admin power, thinking that as a member of government he would act accordingly and use his admin power responsibly. However, at a crucial part in the formative debate of the political ideology of the state, Thandryn attempted to force his views of future governance onto the region by ejecting Bookie Monster on both InvisionFree and NationStates. As a result, Bookie Monster decided that no longer would government memebers be given admin status and that only Supreme Court Justices would have that power. He reinstated his super-admin status on InvisionFree Sorvun and stripped Thandryn of his admin power. This did not, however, remove Thandryn's ability to remove people on NationStates Sorvun region. + - + - Prime Minister Removal + - Thandryn ejected Frankogondo from NationStates Sorvun region on the basis of a sarcastic comment made by Frankogondo upon which he took insult. The nature of the insult seemed inoffensive to others on the Sorvun forum. Prime Minister Frankogondo had recently been acclaimed to the post after no one else seemed to run for it in the very short time-frame (just three days) that Thandryn allowed. Thandryn declared Frankogondo to be the elected PM. Within days, Thandryn changed his mind to eject Frankogondo from the NationStates region. He also ejected Egabia and Ivory States. Both were Nations of Sorvun who had been active in the Constitutional formative debates. + - + - Creation of Sorvun II + - As a result of a general feeling that Thandryn was being oppressive and rude, Nations fled Sorvun for Sorvun II. Sorvun II has not, as of this writing, hammered out all the frameworks of how it will work. The Regional Budget contains €20 billion, generously donated by East Mars.
