The coat of arms
Sottorea - Central province of Freedonia, which had Uthena as capital. It was one of the seven provinces that started the civil war against the Turtlish empire. Its mountains and hills are rich of carbon, as demonstrated by the presence of the Uthena Coal mining Co.
