The Scando-Slavic Imperial State of Lynxy_turd is a massive, safe nation, remarkable for its compulsory military service. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 6.233 billion are ruled by a mostly-benevolent Emtacial Imperial Order, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives yet setting strict regulations on almost every aspect of everyday life. Immigration, Emigration and visits to other nations is outlawed unless it has diplomatic, political, or military nature and per grant of the Elita.
It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Defence, Law & Order, and Education. The average income tax rate is 100%. Much of the Nations Income comes from production of high-quality weapons, and mining. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Uranium Mining industry, followed by classfied and Experimental Technology often time involving humans.
Euthanasia is legal, Lynxy_turd is notorious for its citizens' infidelity, major cities are suffering under water and food rationing as a way to maintain order and control its occupants. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive Combine Armed Correction Force (CACF) and progressive social policies in education and welfare.

National History
The Nation of Lynxy Turd was founded in early 2003 by a group of free-will Russian and Scandinavian occupants. The settlers discovered that the land, though cold and climatically unstable, was rich in resources of all types. Once firm settlements emerged, the exponentially growing populace formed a government based on the ideas of Socialist Democracy. Government ran well with minimum competition and outside interference, population increased rapidly, as well as the defense budget. Until one day Russia and Scandinavian nations revoked the nations right for sovereign existence and the Nation became a conjoined colony. Despite that the nation lost its independence, the economy continued to prosper due to effective administration and social programs. Several years later when the number of nations and colonies increased worldwide, the investment in Lynxy_turd began to fall due to lack of foreign interest. The nation then became semi-independent with Royal administration, the chief omnipresent colonizers continued the heavy taxation policies on exports and rapidly advancing industry and technology. The nation progressed steadily, until massive war arrived destroying nearly half of wha the nation had produced thus far by the COADC coalition forces in desperate attemps to stop the spread of small nationstates and consumption of valuable territory and resources.
The Anti-Coalition Summer War
During the war, the nation began to distrubute into many factions including COADC-Loyalists, the depleated remains of the Royal Army, and numerous conflicting resistance factions. The Royal army, though deprived of all strategically important weapons in the beginning of the war, maintained command and authority and held back the advancing front of the COADC. COADC-Loyalists, though few, dusguised themselves as citizens and memebers of different factions and betrayed resistance and gave away their positions to Coalitionary forces. COADC efforts, though furious were not concentrated enough to fight determined forces, as well as they were pre-occupied with much more significant Nationstates. The Summer War was nearly devestating for the Nation but was absolutely useless to the COADC, and after 3 months of war much of the forces departed "on temporary leave" leaving tentative administration behind.
Post-War Era
Only a month after most of the primary forces had departed from the lands, the army quickly regained control over most of the territory. The capitol was taken down and the administrative forces were not sufficient to hold back the competing factions nor keep them under control. For another year, factions fought between one another over the capitol, there was never a permanent authority and the nation spent a year in complete anarchy. Lynxy_Turd was a refuge to many high ranking officers, engineers, scientists, and politicians from the ancestoral lands. Those who survived the war mannaged to win and unite several key factions with cooperation from whatever armed forces remained. The nation turned from orderless into an extremely opressive force which eliminated whole competing factions to their roots and population who would not follow the newly installed regulations. A government was installed by the most elite and most intelligent, geopolitically-aware assets in the nation.
Government and Politics
The new government was ment to fortify a weakened Nation and to minimize as much internal and foreign interference as possible. There was no time to elect, nor ask the opinion of the factions. Need called for effective, iron-fist authority composed of highly trained individuals dedicated to the cause. Appropriate memebers representing authority would chose appropriate members skilled in nearly everything, from operation and familirization of militiary technology, sciences, sociology, and politics. Few would later create many, as the education system in the Nation advanced exponentionally and targetted specific charismatic indivuduals to be pushed further and eventually be granted the lifetime dedication to government.
Talkasta Elita
To many it is unclear how the new government runs, however one thing is certain, it is a brain made of many. When the government was formed, a need called for an elite force to make decisions behind the scenes while the representing bodies would execute them. The system would represent authority in the government infrastructures as well as everywhere else in the nation. The objective was to keep the general public as distant from the government as possible. The all-knowing group would become known as the Talkasta Elita, many of which were former commanders, officers, and educated individuals completely devoted to the cause of creating a strong, conform governement. The lower Gruppen individuals would be in charge of keeping the populace in check. Knowing everything about everyone was set to be a priority. The idea was that the government had to have a clear and percise picture of what was going on inside their nation before they take case of foreign matters.
The Emtax
The government is classed as a unique Emtacy, represented by an Emtax, representing a chief figure but with minimal power and capabilities, the real decisions of the government are determined by ranked divisions of the Elita all fully aware of the situation in the nation. Their authority cannot be traced, as the Elita chain is the most complex network in the nation.
Authority and Maintenence
This government allows for strong government as well as military structure within the nation, at the same time complete neutrality with other nations unless the need calls for it. The nation is completely closed off from any foreign visits, unless of diplomatic, military, or political nature. This significantly minimizes internal intereference with politics, espionage, as well as unwanted individuals and emmigration. The Elita, uses the Combine Forces as a utility to keep the populace ordered and concerned with their societal niche rather than acts of government. It is not unusual for people to disappear, with no marks left of their existence. Almost every aspect of everyday life is enforced by Armed Combine Forces, therefore, crime, fraud, and misunderstandings are judged on the spot. The Combine under the command of lower Elita Gruppen are the defenders and enforcers of Internal politics.
International Policy
International agreements in the Emtacy were never meant to be made on a basis of informational equilibrium. All decisions are made through numerous layers of Elita memebers and representatives. The Elita, however, gathers all knowlege on potentially dangerous nations, retaining the level of minimal knowlege about the Emtacy itself and its decisions. One of the primary utilities of this system is secrecy, and the inability of neither society nor other governments to clearly predict or understand strategical actions or changes. This policy was crated in favor of internal progress yet retaining situational awareness.
The Combine Armed Correction Force
City Patrol
Is the right hand of the nations politics (Internal). Administered by the Elita in order to inforce law and neutralize anything that is a current or potential threat. The common units of the CACF are regular young males forced into compulsory service. They are dispersed almost everywhere throughout the cities. Patrols are required to guard nitches such as underground tracks, subways, sewers where unwanted threats can be hiding. Streets, roads, and infrastructure are reuglarly patrolled and controlled by these individuals. Breaking into whole appartment complexes is not uncommon, and the citizens soon realize their mistakes, shocked at the amount of time it takes the CACF to respond to threats and violations. Most are armed with handguns, although heavier units which travel on APCs carry submachineguns/granade launchers (Mp7GL). Most of these individuals lead normal lives after 4 years of compulsory service is over.
Overwatch
Life on the countryside is alot more difficult for many as these areas are closely watched by Heavy overwatch CACF. These soldiers are selected to be among one of the most fit individuals among citizens, often times ex-military, former-asylum, and often times unbalanced individuals. They protect their assigned zones from border crossing, roaming, and installations far away from central authority. Many of these individuals act as disciplinary officers and support the military in times of war, by means of disciplinary action and control and making sure the military executes everything central government orders. These are often heavily armed with assault rifles, Anti-armor and AA launchers, shotguns and explosives. They are experts at hiding and effective guarding of important assets. They travel by means of APC and patrol choppers.
Combine Elite
These are armed members and guards of the Elita. Many are executers of federal law and emergency situations regarding internal emergencies. They are heavily armed and armored much alike the Overwatch and often serve as commanding officers in the Overwatch carefully observing and increasing situational awareness of the government in areas where central government is not as active or present. These individuals are extremely fit, have nothing to lose, are not premitted to lead lives outside their purpose as they belong to the Elita. Most Elita members, especially higher branches are dedicated to service. When they become militarily incapable, they are neutralized. These individuals are among the carefully chosen and tested.
