Little information is known about this country, as it has not welcomed a foreigner in 40 years. Its combination of desolate mountain ranges and advanced chemical and biological weapon technology have kept it quite isolated from the rest of the world. The only groups allowed at the borders of the country are non-governmental organizations, which unconditionally sustain Spectremia as a bulwark against a number of emerging nations to the south. Little is also known about the structure of the Spectre government, except that it is controlled by a radical communist party that provides a complete welfare system.
