The Delegate - Marion oaks 2, and the one who created the Region - Nuclear Idiots 2. they thought for a long time what would be a good name for a new region. They thought hard, Very hard untill Nuclear idiots thought, Stewie Griffland. You see Marion oaks 2 suggested they create a Region based on Family Guy. So Marion Oaks 2 Waited Till Nuclear idiots to come back on and create the Region Stewie Griffland which Shortly after he moved in.
