The '''Communist Dominion of Stoklomolvi''' (Russian: Коммунистический Доминион Стокломолви) is a nation started many months ago (records show May 2007, but this may or may not be accurate). Stoklomolvi is a relatively large nation that has been stripped bare by uranium mining operations and it is monitored by the Stoklomolvi Military Police Force (SMPF). Its population of 964 million are constantly under strict watch by the government, which measures the country's success by the GDP and commonly refers to the citizens as literal "human resources". As such, all citizens own nothing; they are taxed to the fullest extent of a 100% income tax rate. The government focuses on Defence and Law and Order, with other aspects receiving relatively low or no funding at all.

In any matter, Nikolai was assassinated in 922 C.E. with only one heir.

His heir ended up being another Pyotr and was actually named Pyotr; gallant, brave, honourable, etc., and improved Stoklomolvi very much. The people erected statues in villages, composed songs and wrote poems. Nothing of true importance happened for almost a millennia; the people just lived in happiness of the very long Stoklomolvi Golden Age. Resources were obtained from all over the country, the coffers were filled to the brim with gold and silver, and the people had never been happier. The Golden Age finally ended in 1850 C.E., when a king had listened to Karl Marx's teachings, and had decided to make Stoklomolvi the exhibition of true Communism.

=====Hydrogen Weaponry=====

Stoklomolvi has discovered an efficient method of mass producing hydrogen-based warheads on October 10, 2007. The warhead was to be placed in the tip of the basic Stoklomolvi SIWS-23 casing, with a simplified V8 rocket launch system. There are multiple segments in the missile, and every section when disconnected can unleash a force of 365 kilotons of trinitrotoluene (TNT). As such, even destroying the missile with an missile interception system will unleash fragments into the air. The casing itself is quite explosive, and a casing with a 1 metre diameter will cause an explosion equivalent to detonating 20 kilogrammes of dynamite. The missile has been designated  the SIWS Peacekeeper-23.

====Stoklomolvi Workers' Civil War====
 +
When Commissar Alexei legalised the creation of a single union, this union gathered over two million members on its first day. This alarmed the SMPF, who promptly dispelled all strikes and began disbanding the union. The workers, however, were most displeased, and fought back with fervour. The civil war ended on November 7, 2007, when the SMPF were able to subdue the last of the rebelling workers. Unions were then banned, and the extremely few automobile manufacturers received government sums. However, most automobile manufacturers were still nationalised, and the rebel workers were executed.

The Communist Dominion of Stoklomolvi (Russian: Коммунистический Доминион Стокломолви) is a nation started many months ago (records show May 2007, but this may or may not be accurate). Stoklomolvi is a relatively large nation that has been stripped bare by uranium mining operations and it is monitored by the Stoklomolvi Military Police Force (SMPF). Its population of 1.073 billion are constantly under strict watch by the government, which measures the country's success by the GDP and commonly refers to the citizens as literal "human resources". As such, all citizens own nothing; they are taxed to the fullest extent of a 100% income tax rate. The government focuses on Defence and Law and Order, with other aspects receiving relatively low or no funding at all.

History

Early History

Stoklomolvi was first "founded" as the tribe of Stelimov, a small duchy that existed from 4233 B.C. in the region near modern-day Manchuria and the Russian Federation. Chieftain Boris Yarsltiv and his followers wandered the region for decades before finally settling near the Yalu River. They dubbed the city Vladistov, after one of the lower chieftain's father, Grigoris Vladimrubin. The fertile river valley served the people well, and they flourished.

Over time, other tribes were consumed by Stoklomolvi, and the region of influence of Stoklomolvi grew large. When the peoples of Stoklomolvi finally made the decision to cross the river, however, they were repelled with a force indescribable for that era. Scores of spearmen and archers charged across the river, only to be forced back by the combined forces of tribes located in modern-day North Korea. Defeated, the men retreated, and they fortified the river in 1218 B.C.E.

Wars were waged in the North as well. Stoklomolvi defeated tribe after tribe until they had reached the Eastern Sea. There, they were able to establish flourishing fishing communities as well as profitable lumber operations. However, due to the rocky soil, only small farms were constructed, and food shortages were common. Peasants grew more disgruntled, and by 712 B.C.E. they knew that the government needed change.

Uneventful years passed, with Stoklomolvi advancing northward and filling in unsettled blocks. Tribes started actively joining Stoklomolvi, and the size of Stoklomolvi grew. Thousands of years seemed to pass without a trace of anything happening. However, a coup was staged, and the despotic government was overthrown. A republic was established, and the newly-formed Parliament began to form laws.

Soon afterwards, the Republic of Stoklomolvi was stabilised, and nothing happened over the next few hundred years. Eventually, however, barbarian forces from the north-east began to attack Stoklomolvi. The republic began to destabilise as the people began to revolt against the weak government. However, a man named Iosif Nomstoy Stuyonovich rose to power in a coup in 40 C.E.

The Empire of Stoklomolvi

The Imperial flag of the Empire of Stoklomolvi.

Iosif was born a peasant, but had eventually learned many of the arts of writing. He gained supporters, and was able to overthrow the Parliament, which was laden with corruption. With the iron block thrown out of the way, Iosif raised a massive army out of the local peasant population. He marched the army northwards, and drove the barbarians away. The barbarians, reaching the large peninsula, were forced into the sea. Iosif soon died in 72 C.E. Stoklomolvi claimed this land as its own, and the empire reached the height of its size. The empire stretched from the Eastern Sea all the way past the modern-day Ural Mountains and even went past the Slavic peoples in the eastern portion of modern-day Moscow in 412 C.E.

As the empire grew larger, the leaders began to grow corrupt. They made deals that lined his own pockets. They backstabbed allies and forcibly stole their lands. They even killed off members of their own families who disagreed with him. Slowly, the people banded together, and overthrew the despotic government in 512 C.E.

The next in line, Zeitsev, was an incompetent ruler. He did not know how to make decisions, and was tricked by his ministers. As such, he was killed during a riot of peasants in 580 C.E. The man after him was his brother, Pyotr Stuyonovich.

The Kingdom of Stoklomolvi

The Imperial flag of the Kingdom of Stoklomolvi.

Pyotr established the Stoklomolvi Monarchy, and a Constitution was drafted. The Stoklomolvi Constitution for a Greater Stoklomolvi was signed by forty-five delegates in 583 C.E. It established a stable federal government, and Pyotr as the king. Two houses, the House of Commons and the House of Lords, were formed. The Commons represented the large peasant population, while the Lords represented the nobility.

The stable monarchy lasted much longer than the empire. Pyotr, a very fair and excellent ruler, was able to rule the people of Stoklomolvi with a just hand. A statue was erected for him in Vladistov, and people from all over Stoklomolvi wrote songs of praise. However, the sad day came when Pyotr passed away in his sleep, and the whole country dressed in red and yellow to mourn the loss of their beloved leader.

Farnshev

Pyotr's son, Farnshev, attempted to follow his father's footsteps. He helped to conduct much research, and the first crossbow was invented in 702 C.E. He tried to stay peaceful, like his father, and he was soon named "The Negotiator". He travelled from parts of the country to the next, and he drove hard bargains. He formed alliances with small neighbouring countries, and conducted much trade. The people slowly learned tu trust Farnshev, and poems were written about him. Farnshev was able to avoid becoming a corrupted despot, and ruled fairly until his death in 772 C.E.

Brotherly Hate

Farnshev had two sons and one daughter. The daughter was married off to a rich nobleman in the north-eastern portion of Stoklomolvi. The two brothers, however, disagreed over many things, including who was the rightful heir. They waged a war, with Neil Stuyonovich controlling the White Army while Karl Stuyonovich controlled the Red Army. Villages were flattened by constant catapult bombardments, and farms were torched by marching troops. Eventually, Neil was shot in the chest during combat. Karl, in sympathy, rushed over to Neil's dying body on his horse. The two brothers reunited for a moment, and Neil passed away in 840 C.E. Karl, deeply saddened, suffered from a stroke soon afterwards and died in 841 C.E.

The Tyrant

Karl had but one child named Ivan. Ivan Stuyonovich was awaiting for this moment so that he could stick his grubby hands into Stoklomolvi's national coffers. However, one of his ministers realised his devious plans and attempted to form a coup. Ivan noticed the minister's odd behaviour, and ordered for the Imperial Guard to storm the minister's house. The minister, noticing the odd congregation of troops outside of his farm, quickly rushed and hid in the Stoklomolvi countryside for weeks. Eventually, Ivan forgot about the minister, and started stealing money from the treasury. The national debt soared as Ivan spent millions of stoklomovs on jewellery and gold. The minister, angered by what Ivan was doing to his people, purchased a sword from a local arms dealer. The minister walked calmly to the Imperial Palace, and informed the guards that he was a diplomat. He strode into Ivan's office, gallantly brandishing the sword, and walked up to the king. With a single stroke of his sword, he decapitated the corrupted king in 852 C.E. He climbed through the roof and displayed the head for all to see.

Regrowth

Most cheered; others were saddened that the king had died. However, the country fared much better afterwards. Ivan's only son, Nikolai, became king, and he swore to follow the footsteps of his great-grandfather. Nikolai was a just ruler, and many people loved him. Nikolai signed fair deals with small countries and helped them to expand, and he eliminated the national debt by selling off all of the jewellery and gold and printing paper currency. However, tragedy struck Stoklomolvi when the western portion of Stoklomolvi was conquered by the Grand Duchy of Muscovy. A few years later, the Golden Horde conquered the central portion of Stoklomolvi. Nikolai threatened war, but when the Golden Horde responded by laying siege to many Stoklomolvi fortresses and redoubts, Nikolai sued for peace. When peace was restored, the people were angered by how he handled the situation. Some were upset that he backed down. Others were angered by his cowardice.

The size of Stoklomolvi also increased from a small nation in the eastern portion of Asia to a country that extended from the Western Sea to the Eastern Sea. The Golden Age finally ended in 1850 C.E., when a king had listened to Karl Marx's teachings, and had decided to make Stoklomolvi the exhibition of true Communism.

The Communist Dominion of Stoklomolvi

The king, Svisklov, was intrigued by Karl Marx's words and decided to make the country communist. The official conversion was on 1854 C.E., when the king had officially converted the country to communism. During this rebellious period, the king formed the Stoklomolvi Military Police Forces, or SMPF for short. He also eliminated the title of "king", and instead he replaced it with "commissar". Svisklov declared himself to be the first commissar, and named himself Commissar Svisklov the Great.

Minor Decline

He ruled for many years using an iron fist until year 1901 C.E., when he perished while out fishing from a stroke. Commissar Roy Pilnimov rose to power in a coup, overthrowing the Stuyonovich line. He imposed martial law, and armed SMPF marched around cities killing all who opposed his rule. He even took Stoklomolvi a step backwards, going away from industrialisation and moving towards a total despotic totalitarian state.

Return to the Stuyonovich Line

The previous seal of Stoklomolvi as used on official documents issued by Aleksandr Stuyonovich.

Eventually, a force led by Aleksandr Stuyonovich marched into Vladistov and started to fire on the Imperial Palace using bolt-action rifles. Roy's SMPF started turning on him, and they too started to attack the palace. Roy was enraged, and started using his own rifle to shoot at the rioters. When he stuck his head out of his window, however, he was picked off by an SMPF sniper. Aleksandr took power, and he restored the Stuyonovich line. He ruled much like his ancestors, and ruled with a fair and just hand. He removed the martial law, and started to industrialise. However, he remained cautious about the dominion, and kept the SMPF in action.

World War I

The people responded with much cheering and erected statues for him as well. The older statues were restored in the 5-Year Restoration Plan. In this plan, all artefacts of Stoklomolvi's age would be restored to their former glory. Palaces were reconstructed and opened as museums, and old fortresses were kept and opened to the public. In 1915 C.E., however, a war reached the shores of Stoklomolvi. A number of foreign cruisers from a nearby colony in the mainland started bombarding the Stoklomolvi shores. Taking immediate action, Stoklomolvi opened fire with its massive 120 millimetre shore guns. Although the ships were obliterated, the morale of the Stoklomolvi people was not. They knew that the Germans could actually invade.

World War II

However, this fear disappeared after the colony was reclaimed by the mainland. World War I ended a few years later, and all was well again. Elsewhere, a Great Depression struck, and it seemed that markets everywhere closed. Stoklomolvi did not really care, seeing as to how it did not interact with those countries and only traded with small neighbouring countries. Soon afterwards, however, World War II broke out. The nearby island nation, which Stoklomolvi has dubbed The Island [Japan] due to not knowing the country's name, invaded the lower peninsula and destroyed many cities. Stoklomolvi pleaded the unknown invaders to stop, but they refused to do so.

Nuclear Weaponry

As such, Stoklomolvi issued an official declaration of war on The Island. The Island responded with an attack on the western-most section of Stoklomolvi [Manchuria] and sent their ships to destroy our navy. Our navy fared very well, and The Island's invasion was repelled without much difficulty. A few years later, what seemed to be a giant mushroom sprouted out of two areas on The Island as spotted by our aerial observation crafts. The war ended, and Stoklomolvi regained its lost land. Stoklomolvi remained intrigued by the massive bombs, and commenced research on nuclear bombs of their own.

Modern Day

Stoklomolvi committed much energy to research, and eventually invented the first satellite, the Spitnuk I. A few years later, the Sputnik I was released by a local nation, and the world recognised their satellite but not Stoklomolvi's. This angered Stoklomolvi, but not much could be done. Uneventful years passed in Stoklomolvi, and Aleksandr died in 1992 C.E. His son, Alexei Stuyonovich, rose to power, and continues to serve as the Commissar of the Communist Dominion of Stoklomolvi.

Hydrogen Weaponry

Stoklomolvi Workers' Civil War

When Commissar Alexei legalised the creation of a single union, this union gathered over two million members on its first day. This alarmed the SMPF, who promptly dispelled all strikes and began disbanding the union. The workers, however, were most displeased, and fought back with fervour. The civil war ended on November 7, 2007, when the SMPF were able to subdue the last of the rebelling workers. Unions were then banned, and the extremely few automobile manufacturers received government sums. However, most automobile manufacturers were still nationalised, and the rebel workers were executed.

Politics and Legislature

Currently, Stoklomolvi is engaged in trade with many of its small satellite nations. It has protested against numerous Anti-Communist rallies, and mutual embassies have been established with numerous nations. Stoklomolvi strives to achieve peace with all nations it interacts with, but some nations that hate communism refuse to have any positive relations with Stoklomolvi whatsoever.

Constitution

Currently, a Constitution for Stoklomolvi is being written. Commissar Alexei is overseeing the operation.

Citizens and Rights

Civilians currently must swear to an oath in order to become a citizen. If they do not wish to become a citizen, they do not have to swear to the oath. Currently, the oath is below.

Oath

The official oath of Stoklomolvi is as follows: "I pledge allegiance, to this flag, which symbolises my ties to Stoklomolvi. I swear to only perform actions my government wishes me to perform, I swear to say whatever my government wishes for me to say, and I swear to never revolt against the government lest I be eliminated from all records and sight.

I swear to uphold to all laws which the government imposes upon me.

I swear to pay all taxes which the government imposes on me.

If I fail to uphold any of the above, then I recognise that the government may eliminate me. If I fail to uphold any of the above, the government may strip me of all honour and my citizenship, as well as eliminate me. And I am fully willing to swear to this oath to the Communist Dominion of Stoklomolvi."

Shortened Version

This version is currently sworn to by commoners during the annual obligatory allegience convention which takes place in every city square. "I pledge allegiance to Stoklomolvi, and that if I fail to uphold to any law then I will be punished accordingly."

Reasoning

"The reason why the oath is harsh in this way", as quoted from the Commissar, "is to instill fear within the populace and to ensure that they remain loyal to the government." There have been reports of other countries rebelling against their governments, and the Commissar wishes to avoid that fate. Other countries have oaths that give bonuses to those who do what they are supposed to, but the Commissar states that that is what only the weak do. He has absolute faith in the SMPF.

The SMPF consists of millions of people, and every single officer has at least an M10 pistol. Some have more advanced assault rifles, such as the AK-2132 or the AK-2130.

Government Ministries

The many ministers of the Stoklomolvi Government are all appointed personally by the Commissar. There are no elections, and there is only one party; "There need be no elections if there is nothing to vote for," as quoted of the Commissar during a press conference.

This image shows the organisation of the Stoklomolvi government. As shown the Commissar appoints the Department of Treasury, the head of the SMPF, and the Manager of Civilian and Foreign Affairs. The SMPF Head can appoint the Department of Defence as well as Serveillance. The Manager of Civilian and Foreign Affairs appoints the Department of Internal Affairs, who in turn appoints everybody else. Every appointment may be canceled by the Commissar for his own reasons. The reason for a hierarchy, however, is so that the Commissar does not feel bogged down by the need to constantly make new appointments for the departments.

Government Branches

The Official Seal of Stoklomolvi as used on official documents issued by the Commissar.

In Stoklomolvi, there are no government branches. All power is held by the Commissar, and only the Commissar can make any decisions. The departments are there to help him make these decisions, and they have no real power of their own. This, however, excludes the SMPF Head and the Manager of Civilian and Foreign Affairs. The SMPF Head holds power over the State Police, while the Foreign Minister manages diplomatic relations among other things. There is no system of checks and balances, there is no such thing as voting, and all things are controlled by the Commissar.

The Commissar is the Supreme Court judge, as his subordinates tell him about any major court cases. The Commissar can then either make the decision in favour of whoever is there or he could let the lower judiciary branch, which is a section of the Department of Internal Affairs, deal with the matter. Laws are written by the Department of Internal Affairs, and the Commissar reviews these laws and decides whether or not he wishes for the law to pass. Laws that are denied can be written again or scrapped and never be seen again. Laws that pass are instantly implemented into Stoklomolvi society and are broadcasted via "CommissarCam" broadcasts. Laws that fail after the rewrite are to never be seen again, and the person who originally wanted to pass the law will be lightly punished. The basic punishment is a fine of 300 stoklomovs.

Geography and Climate

Geography of Stoklomolvi

The geography of Stoklomolvi is quite varied. In the east, it is quite rugged and cold. In the south, it is primarily plains. In the northwest, it is primarily tundra. Pine trees are very numerous in Stoklomolvi, and as such, a massive lumber industry was developed. Plentiful amounts of fish swim in the Eastern Sea, and the Yalu River contains many fish that swim through it to breed. Small farms are located all over Stoklomolvi, and there are some plantations in artificial colonies in the Pacific Ocean near the Equator.

A picture of eastern Stoklomolvi during summer.

Stoklomolvi has been known for its widely varied climate. Sometimes it snows during summer, and other times it is quite warm during winter. All year long, however, the mountains are always covered by a light layer of snow. The citizens of Stoklomolvi often take advantage of this and ski down some of the smaller slopes on hills. Others who live near mountains enjoy hiking up the mountains and planting flags at the tops. The snow is some of the finest, most powdery, and cleanest snow on the planet. Factories in Stoklomolvi are located near cities, and the only objects that scar the landscape are giant open cast mines located in the frozen tundra in the North.

Just north of the Arctic Circle, the summer is only one month long. The largest city north of the Arctic Circle is named Murfrusk, and it has a population of about 450,000 people. In the east, near the city of Petrovavlovsk-Kamchatka, summer is about five months long. The lowest point in Stoklomolvi is the Dzhugashvili Basin, named after great general Iosif Vissarionovich Dzhugashvili. It extends to about 245 metres below sea level, and the floor is covered with limestone. The highest point in Stoklomolvi is Mount Stuyonovich, named after the obvious single line of rulers that extended from when Stoklomolvi first existed as a tribe until today. Mines have been dug into the sides of the mountain, as the insides of the mountain is rich with precious metals such as iron, diamond, gold, and silver.

The lowest temperature ever recorded in Stoklomolvi has been a -64°C (83.2°F, 209.15 K), in the year 1993 during a massive snowstorm in the Eastern Mountain Range. The highest temperature ever recorded has been a 37°C (98.6°F, 310.15 K) in the year 1998 when the sun scorched an area of Stoklomolvi dry of water during a sudden dry spell in the Field of Pyotr. Overall, however, the temperature of Stoklomolvi has remained relatively stable.

The largest plain in Stoklomolvi is Neil's Waste, a massive field of ice in the frozen North. It is almost completely flat, except there are a few hillocks as well as one river running through it. It was once a lush plain, and it was turned into a frozen wasteland by overuse of farmland during the Republic of Stoklomolvi era. Now, it is nothing other than ice, snow, and rocky dirt. However, oil deposits have been discovered deep within the Waste, and already the State has constructed massive oil derricks to extract the oil.

The longest river in Stoklomolvi is, contrary to popular belief in the country, the Bering River. It is not the Yalu River as many people believe, since the Yalu is very wide and hosts very prime farmland. The Bering River, however, is very thin and moves very quickly. It extends from a small pond in the tundra in the North, and it winds through Neil's Waste. The water is quite fast moving, and to the casual observer it looks like runoff from a recent rain. However, the river runs down to the Eastern Mountain Range. It winds through caves inside, where it widens and slows until it picks up speed upon exit. The river then continues to flow and deposits in the Eastern Sea.

Culture in Stoklomolvi
A small preserved village open as a tourist attraction.

The culture of Stoklomolvi is very diverse. In the North and East, most are of a Caucasoid descent, while in the southern regions there is a mix between Caucasoid and Mongoloid. Numerous villages have been preserved throughout Stoklomolvi as to remind the citizens of their ancient culture. Alcohol in the country is illegal, except for those living in Vladistov. There, 180 proof vodka is served in tiny liquor cups at the Dominion Hotel. In the South, there is much more opera and nobility based entertainment, while in the North there is more active sport type entertainment. Troughout the country, badminton, tennis, bowling, and golf are played. Massive "recreation towns" were built as gigantic warehouses, and in each warehouse all four national sports are constantly being watched and played simultaneously (golf is played oustide). The National Sports Symbol for Stoklomolvi is STK.

Badminton

A snapshot taken by a box camera in the Second Badminton War in 1989.

Badminton is one of the most important national sports in Stoklomolvi. In areas where there is much wind, badminton is played indoors in massive rooms designed for optimal badminton play. Where there is relatively no wind, badminton is played outside on rather long playing fields, called "rails" by the locals. Sometimes, large badminton "wars" are organised, and anyone with any skill at all in badminton are welcome to join. In this type of game, The field is usually very, very large, and often has many trenches and bunkers. A huge net is in the middle, and players must either climb under or over this net to run into the other team's territory to steal a flag. To tag a player and send him to the jail, a player must use the shuttlecock, or birdie, and hit the player with it. If the player returns the birdie and is able to hit the attacking player, then the attacking player is sent to jail instead. Multiple referees monitor the game, and no running while in enemy territory is allowed. Dodging and crawling, however, are legal and are often used by players to evade enemy birdies.

The largest badminton war team was organised in 1995, when team Stelimov was able to gather up around 300 players. They fought against team Correan, which had 277 players, and team Stelimov won 2-1. The main tactic that Stelimov used was rushing the enemy in squadrons of 20, whereas Correan was rather disorganised and tended to charge at heavily fortified bunkers with the wind against them, and thus their shots did not go far. The Stelimov team had height advantages for the most part and were stationary, and as such were able to calculate their shots carefully. Overall, team Correan lost due to a lack of coordination between players.

Tennis

The classic sport of tennis has been played throughout the world, and it does not include only Stoklomolvi. However, in Stoklomolvi there are numerous competitions and teams that play tennis. For instance, huge stadiums designed specifically for tennis were constructed, and the first recorded instance of tennis was written in 1763. Johnathon Cabbott wrote in his diary about a "strange game where people would use netted paddles and hit a small rubber ball back and forth until one of them missed the ball." All tennis games are funded by the government, and all tennis equipment is given free to the public at small stands located at numerous street corners. However, games between teams not supported by the government are condemned and are subject to public humiliation and opposition.

Bowling

Bowling is one of the less known sports in Stoklomolvi. In Stoklomolvi, bowling balls are relatively light; this is to enable the player to throw the ball further. There are usually around 60-70 pins, and the goal is to knock down all of them. If all are knocked over, then the player scores one point. If not all of them are, then no points are scored. Competitions are often hosted between government-sponsored teams in giant arenas. Players toss the ball one at a time, and the team with the most points after 25 rounds wins. There are often obstacles that the teams must face, like trenches which have a single bridge spanning them, a bright light distorting their vision, etc. The government decides what happens.

Golf

Golf is one of the most played sports in Stoklomolvi after badminton and tennis. It is usually played by wealthy businessmen after completing work, as almost every office has a municipal golf course behind it. These golf courts are maintained by the government, and all citizens are encouraged to play golf if not working, which is usually a timeframe of about one to two hours. Every year, two international competitions are held. One, the Stoklomolvi Pro Golfers' Tournament, or the SPGT, is held in Vladistov in the Aleksandr Golf Course. The other, the Stoklomolvi Young and Amateur Golfers' Tournament or the SYAGT, is held in the Pyotr Golf Course on the other side of town. Younger golfers and amateurs are welcome to play there, regardless of skill. The youngest player ever was a two year old infant, and he was able to complete all 18 holes with a score of 76.

National Holidays

In Stoklomolvi, the primary goal is to achieve economic propserity. However, there are some holidays to keep the citizens happy so that they can work without actually feeling oppressed. The names of the months in Stoklomolvi are Janvar, Febral, Mart, Aprel, Maj, Ijunja, Ijulja, Avgust, Sentjabr, Oktjabr, Nojabr, and Dekabr. Essentially, they are equivalent to the normal names of the months in English.

Ethnic Groups

Stoklomolvi is quite diverse in ethnicity, since Caucasoids from the West have long interbred with Mongoloids from the South. This led to a quite diverse population, though the Negroid population is quite low. Stoklomolvi was accused of committing genocides, but the government has denied this, as they have no records whatsoever of massacring any one race.

Education

Educational systems within Stoklomolvi are all government owned and government funding. Because of this, all schools are taught what the government wishes for them to teach; for instance, world history is taught, but Language Arts is not nearly as important. Education Budget Manager Egor Mendeleovich Vasilyev manages most aspects of the Stoklomolvi National Educational System. Almost all education is free; some privately-owned schools, such as certain presitigious colleges, are funded by private organisations and have no relations whatsoever with the Stoklomolvi government.

Currency of Stoklomolvi

Stoklomolvi focuses primarily on economy and tends to neglect other areas, and as such it has a fairly powerful economy. The main private industry would be arms manufacturing, though agriculture is actually one of the main foci, since Stoklomolvi's food supplies are generally low. In Stoklomolvi, there is no such thing as a "company". Everything is either owned by the State or is an arms manufacturing corporation. Agriculture is controlled completely by the government, and farming is done on massive collective farms run by the State. There is no black market, as all trading is under constant watch by the government; the coastline is fortified by the Pacific Wall, with bunker and defence systems.
