The ability to submit a proposal is granted to UN nations who have at least two endorsements. The proposals generated enter the List Proposals view at the end, and work their way forward over a period of several days.
The objective of this is to gain enough Approvals to bring the proposal to quorum and eventually go to a vote by the General Assembly.
