Summary
Suseck's people enjoy political freedoms. They are treated well and all of their complaints are duly noted, then throw out the window. Suseck has a crime problem, probably because of it's lack of prisons. Murders escape punishment by claiming they were defending their honor in duels.
Suseck is located in the Worst Region. It is currently in the lead at halftime of the Chicken Wing eating contest. The Worst Region is quite possibly the least organized and most fun region in the game.
