Swilatian Rail is Swilatia's main National Railway company, although there are many others. However, it is privately owned, as there is no public enterprise in Swilatia. The company has a large network in swilatia and the nations that border swilatia. The network is more vast then Swilatia's massive network of privately owned motorways, and is still expanding. Because Swilatia is very large, all of the long-distance passenger transport uses high-speed trains, even though freight trains do not. Also, another thing that slows down the freight trains is that in getting to the destination quicker freight trains have the least priority, and will have to wait for the express trains and regular passenger trains to pass before the freight train can pass. Because of this, it can take days for a freight train to pass.
Also so the trains do not produce emissions, all trains use electric engines, and the power comes from nuclear power stations.

There are 3 passesenger train tpes operated by Swilatian Rail:
- regular train (short-distance, stops everywheere)
- fast train (short distance, stop only in some stations)
- InterCity (long distance, uses high-speed trains, stops only in major cities)
Freight trains are not categorised
Stations
there are thousands of stations in the Swilatian Rail Network. Most stations are, like airports, owned by a completely separate organisations, although some smaller stations are wholly owned by Swilatian Rail. Also, every station on the network has a 3 letter code to indentify it (for example, Vilvek Central Station's code is VLC), and in many places, such as tickets, station codes are with or instead of station names.
