Syku Lyku, nicknamed as 'SyLy' was a player for the national team of Rejistania (the Orange-Blues) since the first match and played in the national team until World Cup 12, when he retired from international soccer. Highlights of his active carreer:

  1. scoring the first international goal for Rejistania
  2. top scorer in the H1SR for Hades Lavamje
  3. played in 71 matches of the Orange-Blues at least as substitute
  4. first rejistani to play abroad (for Liverpool England side Orean United)
  5. and the highlight that will always be remembered: he scored the deciding penalty kick in the final of World Cup 12 to ensure to first world cup victory.

After his active career ended, he became coach of different domestic rejistani teams and became coach of the Orange-Blues before World Cup 18. His attack-minded, anti-Karela style of play caused the Orange-Blues to win World Cup 18 and him to be fired in the qualifiers of World Cup 19. Again he left for Liverpool England and became team manager of the Terminators.

Upon joining the Terminators, Lyku was told that his main job would be to secure qualification to both World Cups 20 and 21, and to work with the FALE on securing hosting rights for World Cup 22, which he did successfully. When his contract ran out after the team were eliminated on home soil by Squornshelous in the Second Round, he was offered an extension but declined to take it.

When voted in by fans and board members of the FALE as Chairman to replace Gareth Dussis, son of the late Sir Paul Dussis, after World Cup 23, he waited until the start of World Cup 24 but accepted the job, which he will took upon the end of the Terminators' WC24 campaign.

Maybe it was notable that the name Syly was a popular first name for a while and one Syly even made it into the national team: Syly Kansu.
