Meaning Long Peter's Head, Tête Pierreuse is the only city in Southern Sicinia not originally and Akaeian settlement. Founded by a wealthy merchant and his family in 1103 C.E. Tête Pierreuse was meant to redirect some of the trade following the southern coast and and help development the area. It was an ambitious investment for the merchant, but it worked and he made a fortune.
Tête Pierreuse has seen its fortunes decline somewhat with the center of trade returning to Martinique, but it still makes enough to support a sizeable population in some comfort, as well as attract wealthy seeking to escape the crowds, noise, and smell of Martinique.
