THIS IS THE FINAL WEATHER ADVISORY ON THE SYSTEM... EX-TROPICAL DEPRESSION FOUR...
CURRENTLY LOCATED 335 NAUTICAL MILES ON A BEARING OF 269 DEGREES... DUE WEST...
OF LOST VEGAS... AS OF 0305/02H PAX. THIS SYSTEM IS DISSIPATING... BUT ALL
COMMERCIAL AIR AND SEA CRAFT... AS WELL AS MILITARY CRAFT... ARE ADVISED TO
AVOID THE AREA WITHIN A 55-NM RADIUS OF THE LOCATED CENTRE OF THE SYSTEM.
 
THIS LOW PRESSURE EXTRATROPICAL CENTRE HAD A SEA LEVEL PRESSURE READING OF
1017 HECTOPASCALS AT 0300H HPT.

MOVEMENT OVER PAST SIX HOURS TRACKED AT ROUGHLY 042/6.

THE MSHPC OF LIVERPOOL ENGLAND HAS CONFIRMED THAT THIS SYSTEM IS DISSIPATING.
WITH THIS DEVELOPMENT... THERE WILL NO LONGER BE ANY FURTHER ADVISORIES ON THIS
SYSTEM... UNLESS A REMNANT LOW STRENGTHENS AND REMAINS NON-TROPICAL. IF A LOW
DEVELOPS FROM THE REMNANTS OF THIS SYSTEM... AND IS DEEMED TROPICAL... THE MSHPC
WILL TAKE OVER.
