FINAL ADVISORY LIVERPOOL ENGLAND MET SERV CYCLONE PREDICTION CENTRE OREAN, LIVERPOOL ENGLAND 8 PM HEARTLAND PRUDENTIA TIME APR 21 2139 TROPICAL DEPRESSION THOMAS DISSIPATING... THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST ADVISORY BY THE MSCPC ON THIS SYSTEM. AT 8 PM, TD THOMAS AS NEAR OR OVER LOX LAND ISLAND, HAD WIND SPEEDS OF 25 KT AND WAS MOVING SOUTH AT 1 KT. MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE WAS 1006 HECTOPASCALS. THIS IS THE ONLY ADVISORY ON THIS SYSTEM ISSUED BY THE MSCPC. FORECAST BY JOHNS
