Tahar Joblissan is the adjectival form of Tahar Joblis, referring to people or things coming from Tahar Joblis. In the case of the Tahar Joblissan Colonists, this may be a number of generations of displacement, but it can be a convenient label as the various Tahar Joblissan colonies appear to be all run by the same player.
