Regarding this paragraph:

The conclusion: the kingdom of socio-liberals is certainly worth a visite. Even if you don't speak the language, our population will greet you with their hospitality.

Please see my comment here about NPOV and encylcopedia-standard articles. An NSwiki article isn't a tourist brochure or an advertisement; it's a factual, neutral encyclopedia article.
