I still say he looks about thirteen years old. I always pictured him as looking... oh... more Saddam-ish or perhaps Stalin-ish. Probably more of the latter, mixed with Burt Reynolds. Definitely needs a strong mustache, powerful jaw, beetle brows are optional...

I say again--that's not an eighteen year old. I mean... what happened to him? Michael Jackson syndrome? Estrogen shots?
