If you're wondering why it is that Ariddia houses the UN, the short answer is that no-one else was doing it and there were no counter-claims. For more information, see this thread. Obviously I'm not expecting everyone to recognise the claim; this is merely to provide a setting for those who want to roleplay the UN actually being located somewhere. -Aridd
