If you're wondering why it is that Ariddia houses the UN, the short answer is that no-one else was doing it and there were no counter-claims. For more information, see this thread. Obviously I'm not expecting everyone to recognise the claim; this is merely to provide a setting for those who want to roleplay the UN actually being located somewhere. -Aridd 19 Nov. 2005

Edit: That was quick off the mark, Gruenberg. ;) Having thought about it a moment, I can see your reasoning regarding POV. But it does look very odd, in a nation article, to say that a nation claims to house the UN. Yes, I know, in NS we're not dealing in 'does', 'doesn't' and immutable facts...
