So as not to step on anyone's toes (if someone is keeping up with this page) I'm posting here before editing. This article needs a POV change to reflect it's use within NS, not the world as a whole; see English for a decent example of this. I'll fix it in a week if no one else sees to it, and I apologise if that sounded harsh.
