This entire thing is IC propaganda... I think that it should either be made VERY clear that this is the case or it should be reworked to NPOV. Considering that this is supposedly a descriptive entry, I believe it ought to be the latter. Also emphasized the IC-nature of the Guidebook bit and organized the post-ODW stuff, with a little note at top indicating that objectivity in this case is probably pretty hard.
