- Sorry, but I cannot support this one. You need a infobox and wite more don't only make a summary like Head of State: Emperor. Write something like "The head of state is Emperor XXX who rules the country in such and such a way... etc, etc. Please check Pacitalia, that's a featured aticle of a country. I think not eading it, but only giving it a little check will tell you what you need to get your article featured.
