"Other than meeting the standards set out in the treaty, there is no restriction on membership - any nation may sign the agreement and join the IFTA trading bloc." Now... its not my treaty but I was under the impression that there were certain... *political* restrictions on joining. At least, that was what I heard. I could be wrong, just asking.
