This is confusing. Is this article about Minineenee the nation or Minineenee the person? On the one hand, there is a nations fact box and this is categorized as a nation entry. On the other hand, it refers to Minineenee as "Prime Minister, or Head of State" and seems to refer to an individual who cannot stand the word "indeed".

The article also states that the leader of Minineenee is Empress Neenee. Is Empress Neenee the person who is Prime Minister or Head of State who can't stand the word "indeed"?

I have seen that many articles are written in similar style, so I understand your point. The way I see it, this is a gameplayer article but it is also a nation page. An entire nation doesn't usually hold a position such as Prime Minister or leader of a region, but its delegate or its leader might.
