Don't put the brackets around the names with brackets. The wiki engine doesn't allow that. Put
- The title given to this article is incorrect due to technical limitations. The correct title is [modname]. at the beginning of the page.

Unfree People has mentioned that the positions senior forum mod and senior game mod don't really exist anymore, I'm not sure if you want to leave them as a formality though.

Actually, they still sorta do, they just aren't shown on the forums because we all get the very nice and egalitarian "NationStates Moderator Team" tag.
