Yes. New Rome is also the name of Constantinople. If I can manage the inherent confusion of having the Patriarch be Archbishop of "New Rome" and having a Catholic Archbishop of the Pantocratorian New Rome, you can manage the inherent confusion of having a city in another country named New Nicaea, surely ;) I'll change the spelling to be New Nikaea though if it helps. --Pantocratoria 05:25, 7 October 2005 (GMT)
