Please be careful when making changes, as whomever changed my last edits actually wiped out some of the standard resolution / repeal formatting we include with the text. I encourage changes, but it is also good to keep things such as the vote and date at the bottom of the text as well, since it appears in the official UN records when these things pass. Please don't take this the wrong way, but all the excessive bolding/italicizing of key words bugs the heck out of me. The vote totals @bottom aren't needed, since they're included in the info box, and besides, I think I have the right to decide how my own proposal is wikified. Thank you. I'm not offended. That said, I believe we really should strive to have something of a common format for repeals and resolutions.  :) I'm not talking about the text content inside the articles ... that I'm all about giving the players who spend time on things the chance to really play on NSWiki as well!
