Due to recent misunderstandings, the Federal Union has decided to eliminate military support in defense of France.
Should the Empire of the North wish to defend Vinland Colony with military force against French agression the Federal Union shall take no part in this action whatsoever.
French Vessels that approach Federal Union territory shall be warned to leave under threat of military retaliation.
This comes as French obligations to the United Powers League and support for the Federal Union and Great Britannia has diminished significantly.
In other words, the Federal Union says these words to France:
