Taragon Cat

The Taragon Cat is A species native to New Sovietia and Sovietia its origins can be traced back to the household cats of Earth (The first home of the Sovietian race) but due to the nature of Sovietia the cat slowly changed into a breed that pretty much remains a kitten, although they tend to live out longer lives than normal earth cats.
Due to the planets that have and are under Sovietian control the species can be found on countless numbers of worlds.
