Tattiburi
The Principality of Tattiburi is a country located on the northern section of the western continent of Suomi region. It is one of the biggest countries of the region, and shares borders with Suur-Tikkurila and UKK to the west, North-Austria and Suur-Uusimaa to the south and Mangostan and Tusku to the east. Tattiburi is made of 20 autonomous provinces and the area where it is situated is also known as Tatti land.

History

The first findings of human population in the area of modern-day Tattiburi are located near 4000 BC. Howewer, the first Tattis were nomads and hunter without being settled down to a single locations. Thus have the first cities appeared in Tatti land only about a hundred years BC. The first Tatti realms were formed at the beginning of the Common Era; that is where the Tattis begin their chronology.
By the year 500 AD Tamer II, Count of Tattimo united the small Tatti countries into one principality, the Principality of Tattimo, and he became Tamer I, Prince of all Tattis.
The Principality of Tattimo lasted five hundred years until the foreign occupation by countries in modern-day Suur-Uusimaa, which was ended by the Civil war of Tattimo began in 950. The civil war ended in 1000 AD, when Taatula, Count of Taateli won the war as he annexed all of the Tatti countries and became the first Prince of Taateli.
Princes of Taateli were bloodthirsty and cruel, which was noticed by the people in the late 1400s as they started to rebel against the Prince. Thes led into a new civil war, which was won by Tatukka I, Duke of Tattiburi in 1500, when he formed the Principality of Tattiburi that still exists.
The Principality closed its borders in the 1700s and did not open them until early 1900s, when Princess Teal of Tattiburi was forced to join the first world war because of the attack of North Austria. The war ended in a peace treaty and return to status quo. This was disliked by the following monarch, Prince Tatukka VI of Tattiburi, who wanted revenge and attacked North Austria in 1939. Tattiburi lost the long-lastin war, and Prince Tatukka had to give up his right given by God to rule the Principality alone and a new, democratic form of government was written. In 1950, the Tattiburi Parliament began its work.
The current Prince Tattana II has reigned since June, 2005. He rose to the throne after the assassination of his grand-father, Prince Tatukka VII, who had reigned since 1973.
Politics

The form of government of Tattiburi is parliamentarian monarchy, and it has been such after the constitutional reform of 1950, when the parliament as we know it today was formed. There are 23 different registered parties, of which six have members in the Parliament. The biggest party is the Principal Party of Tattiburi (Tattiburin Ruhtinaallinen puolue, TRP), the second biggest is the Democratic Party (Tattiburin demokraattinen puolue, TDP), third the Social Democratic Party (Tattiburin sosiaalidemokraattinen puolue, TSP), fourth the Green Party of Tattiburi (Tattiburin vihreä puolue, Vihr.), fifth the Liberalist Party (Tattiburin liberalistinen puolue, Lib.) and the smalles party in the parliament is the Häntämö Folk's Party (Häntämön kansan puolue, HKP) that represents the Häntämö minority. The current Prime Minister is Taattu Töttönen, the chairman of TRP, since the election in 2000. Next election is to be held in october 2005.
