Telcontar is a man of Undertakers_Ministry. He runs errands for Emperor Mithrandir at need, and does the ones that are most important. Telcontar is elvish for Wingfoot. Telcontar is dubbed this because of his unnatural way of making haste and getting anywhere very fast. Telcontar is also great in battle, using his weapon extremely well. The photo above was taken by a Undertakers_Ministry reporter in the battle for Undertakers_Ministry which ended eventually in a lose for Undertakers_Ministry. The one with no helm shouting orders is Telcontar.
