Ten Thousand Islands Treaty Organization

The Ten Thousand Islands Treaty Organization, or TITO for short, has been defending since July 2003, when the Empire of Power invaded the infant region. Founded by Grub, TheSensitiveNewAge, New Boniventure, Blue Canaria, and Lyonnesse. Of the five founders, only Grub and TheSensitiveNewAge remain in existence. New Boniventure is expected to return, but hasn't as yet. It is currently led by Grub and Fleeb. It has taken part in the defense of over 175 regions since then. TITO has its main forum on 10000 Islands,but said forum is only open to members.

A brief word about the battle in which TITO was founded. The Empire of Power invaded the region. The region was vastly outnumbered, but it had warning. New Boniventure came from another region to warn the 10000 Islanders. Grub rallied other regions, and the regions of Texas and the Urbanites came to the defense of the region. Subsuquently, the 10000 Islands allied itself with Texas and the Urbanites. (The alliance with Texas was dissolved when Texas refused to eject members of their region ejected from the 10000 Islands for spying. Texan-10000 Islands relations remain friendly, and the alliance with the Urbanites survives to this day.)
