Tephe was the King of the Peleveunians 1350-1321 BC.He succeeded Kospha and was succeeded by Egill Thaphcos .He is reported to have defeated an invasion,lead by the kings of 15 cities.

- Ba'al Sanhenrib king of Umi'
- Kaan Uglej II. king of Daarid
- Kospha of Mbzar king of Mbzar
- Tephe of Diram king of Diram
- Ba'al Debra king of Debra
- Ma'ul Arrad king of Arradom]
In adition,the kings of the cities were also joined by Kings of local tribes.These were:

It is unknown how his small tribe could have managed to defeat a coalition of 15 strong cities and 3 strong tribes,but stelas erected in Abeus' and Ezhaim's rulle confirm this.
