Teu'y Wtlo, also called White Queen Hill, was an early hill-village in the southern Dayan region of Snefaldia.

The hill is one of the largest such hill-villages no longer in use; the ruins of several villages have been discovered under its soil dating back almost three thousand years. Teu'y Wtlo is a sacred space for many Endiri practitioners, and the "White Queen" is the spirit worshipped.

Te'uy Wtlo was abandoned some time in 23bce for reasons that are unclear. The early Dayan peoples did not have any form of writing, but the presence of horse and human skeletons on the hill and surrounding area suggests the early Dayan inhabitents of Teu'y Wtlo died fighting one of the horse-riding nomad groups in early Snefaldia.

The Hill is a wonderful example of early Snefaldian villages, which are built up on mounds to defend against raiders as well as protect against the frequent floods of the Saard river.

Teu'y Wtlo is on the World Heritage Sites & Treasures List of Ariddia, along with several other Snefaldian sites.
