The Duchy of Tharra is a massive, economically powerful nation, renowned for its compulsory military service. Citizens can be frequently spotted going about their business stark naked, the nation has recently been attributed to the funding of terrorist organisations, the government has undertaken a massive education and health program to combat VODAIS, and Pinkerton agents are called in to forcibly break up white collar strikes. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Tharra's national animal is the lion, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the livre.
