The Agency

The Agency is Roudland's interior security service, sometimes known as RS2 (Roudland Security 2). It is based in Roston, and has great influence on the public.
The Agency is not officially acknowledged by the Roudland Government, and is often responsible for things that the government services (such as the Roudland Intelligence Bureau and Military Operations Agency) cannot be seen to be done.
