"The Book of the High Priests" is a sacred religious text of the Religion of Desh .It focuses mainly on the (auto)biographies of the High Priests of the 9 Temples.(Each to one God of the Pantheon) and their communication with their respective God.(Each High Priest was said to underlie but the jurisdiction of the God whom he served and the King of Desh,as the representative of the Heavenly Dynasty).

It originated sometime in 1000 BC and is the youngest of the five texts of the Desh religion.
