The First Moonstone War

The First Moonstone War (also known as the Freethinker War of Indepedence) was an armed conflict between the Kingdom of Midlonia and the newly emerging Freethinker Commonwealth between 1883 and 1885. Although the principal catalyst for the war was the Freethinker Declaration of Severence on 23rd March 1883, a large underlying conflict resulting from various groups vying for control of Moonstone production has resulted in the label of the First Moonstone War.
