He co-founded the region USK along with Gidria on the 3rd of December 2004, who is counted as the founder by the game. He has been delegate since the second day in the history of USK. As delegate of USK he has formed the USK military called Eagle Force. He has taken USK into the Red Liberty Alliance (on the 1st of January 2005) and the ABI (where he is a Security Council member). USK surpassed the 100 nation mark (with 83 UN nations) on the 26th of January, not even two months after its founding.
