The New Imadistani Government is a very strange type of governments It works like this :

      Emperor > Chancellor > Prime Minister
         
      Ministers > Parliament > General Assembly > National Assembly

The constitution was written after the New Imadistani Civil in 1826, by Duke of Lahore Sir Daniyal Qazi I. After World War One the constitution was rewritten by Chancellor Kamal Khan which was:-

By the new order all laws and reglulations are to be made by the Emperor and Chancellor:

• Every one who reaches the age of 20 must have military training.
• The Emperor has supreme power over the people and country of Imadistan.
• No Mullahs allowed in Imadistan.
