The North Pacific Confederation is the new name for the Underground. The NPC has formed an effective, constitutional democratic government in opposition to the North Pacific Directorate Directorate.
The current Ministers for the Confederation are:

The purpose of the NPC is to return the region to glory and end the occupation of the NPD.
