The North Pacific Confederation is the new name for The Underground. The NPC has formed an effective, constitutional democratic government in opposition to the North Pacific Directorate (NPD).
The current Ministers for the Confederation are:

- Minister of Defense: Free4All
- Minister of Culture and Education: Heft
- Minister of Communication: Romanoffia
- Minister of External Affairs: GoalVA
- Minister of Immigration and Internal Affairs: Flemingovia
- Minister of Arts and Entertainment: James2spooky

The purpose of the NPC is to return the region to glory and end the occupation of the NPD.
