The North Pacific Ministry of Justice is responsible for Judicial action in relation to the Codex, which is the main body of law for The North Pacific.

The Ministry operates under a series of procedures which cover general activity, trials, registration of Defense Counsel amongst other things.

The Ministry also administers procedures in relation to the Endorsement Cap, such as requests for exemptions.

The Minister of Justice works closely with all Ministers and Government officials and in particular is involved in Regional Assembly discussions regarding to changes to the Codex.
