Background
The Northern Arrow is a region populated by the nations of the NAC based around the recently discovered (and colonized) San Treyno galaxy, also known as NGC1232. The Northern Arrow Confederation (NAC), the central organisation and official governement (which runs the international issues with other alliances and nations, and the UN), is headed by the Holy Empire of NeoElderia, founder of the NAC and pioneers of galaxy NGC1232.
