History
An organization dedicated to the foundation of the DROOP Veto for a universal education law to provide schools in every PEEL Nation with at least 10% of the yearly national budget. With minor support, the system is based off the New Hyman Education Programme developed by renowned economist and social commentator Harold Hyman.
The Eight Points
Point 1. All complying bodies must generate 10% of their annual GDP towards their national education.
Point 2. Additional GDP revenue to be dedicated to the foundation of a number of public schooling sites, left with, in addition to the number of public or private schools already existing.
Point 3. Additional GDP revenue to begin additional scholarship programs, based in work force training and management positions for future economic strength.
Point 4. The political understanding that stronger education means stronger international economics and business-based trade.
Point 5. Education policies within all secondary schooling sites are required to provide career consultation within their faculty.
Point 6. Apprenticeship/Specialist alternative programs provided for secondary students unwilling to enrol in standard secondary school.
Point 7. Neighbourhood outreach programs to be set up in "slum" areas of high profile cities, with the goal of reducing national crime and educating youth with economic disadvantages.
Point 8. Public institutions such as libraries and museums to receive additional funding and support from the federal government.
