The pub flag was designed by XNapier, "to represent the glorious pub region." It is used by various nations such as Killsbourg, Brutal Bruce, XNapier and Upolozza amongst others. Some nations such as Sorthern Northland also have the flag represented on thier flag. The Culturally Inept being the delegate think that it's nation is to special to use the same flag as "the masses".
