The Rice Rocket is a loose collection of mostly young men who tune automobiles for fun. Usually they are cheap little economy cars of the Honda, Nissan, Ford, GM, Volkswagen, and Subaru variety, and occasionally higher end cars such as BMWs and Audis. They exist in no particular location, but tend to gravitate toward places where there are a high number of rich brainless teenagers. Ricers, as they are known, spend an inordinate amount of revenue on their administration of private vehicles, leaving little money for public transportation, education, religion, and social welfare.
Ricers are hated by many nations for their lack of nationalism and rationality, and etablish propaganda websites that ridicule them for their seemingly homosexual tastes. Anti-ricer propaganda has mostly backfired, however, and many susceptible young people have been joining this irrational counterculture.
