The Talia Region

Most of the nations in Talia began as monarchies, but over the years most have developed into democracies or constitutional monarchies. The entire region still retains some values and traditions from their history, and most preserve and support the royal families that used to rule their countries.

There were no "dark ages" in most parts of Talia- most of its countries value political, social and religious freedom. Still, the region retains several countries that maintain old monarchies and dictatorships; not everyone is free in Talia.
