This region is where Socialism and Capitalism unite all nations together. Freedom and being you that counts the most. If you need a place where you are just not a Puppet or a number,then this is the right place. Please join the UN and unite all the nations together. Aim Pro-Society,Pro-UN,Pro-Peace. Laws of 'The World Union'

These laws are subject to change over time.

On The Delegate

• The delegate's position may be implied even if there is no UN support for that delegate.
• The World Union must always have a delegate.
• The delegate must be active.

Powers of the Delegate

• The delegate must respect the other nations that have elected the country.
• The delegate must get a vote of the other nations before voting for a resolution.
• The delegate may change the World Factbook Entry with consent of the founder (Alphennete)
• The delegate may appoint certain positions if it is for the good of the region.
• The delegate may form alliances with other regions, but the alliance can be overturned by a majority vote.

Electing the Delegate

• A new delegate is elected every two months.
• A new delegate will be elected if the current delegate decides to resign.
• A delegate may be impeached if the majority of UN members believe so, and a new election will occur.

Laws of the Founder

• None for the founder at the moment. There may be some in the future.

Laws for the Founder & Delegate

• The delegate and the founder may ban a nation, but only if reason and knowledge is given to the other members of the region.

Laws for All Members

• All nations of The World Union have the right to apply for any vacant position in the region.
• The Parliament is made up of all nations in the region.
• Any war on a member, is war against the whole region.
• A war can be declare with other regions or nations only by the govern parties.

Recommendations

• All nations of The World Union are recommended to become a member in the UN.
• All the nations of the region has the right to recruit.

The Laws

• To remove or changed an article a majority vote of the parliament is needed.
• Any member may propose a new law for the region.

History

Many of the starting nations of the region (Alphennete, Scoopy, Cabukistan, Alagasa) all started out as nations in the region of Sicily. They were trying to take a region without a founder, and turn it into a democratic society internally.

Than, the founder, Poggieoreale, came back, and after much arguing, Scoopy & Alagasa left to a region known as Sisily. Many nations followed, but after awhile, the members moved to a region that did not copy another one.

They moved to 'The World Union'. Soon afterwards, the region of Sicily started losing members, and quickly through CTEs. Important nations left Sicily, and they either went to Lone Wolves United, where Sicily was refounded, or to The World Union, following the nations they met when they first came to Sicily. Two nations were CorposAmerica and Havvy.

A few problems developed but were quickly settled among a few nations.

Every two months there is an election cycle between every nation. The first two were won by Scoopy and the third one has yet to be finished.
