The Xheng Emperor is never refered to by name, but for conveinence and record sake, his true name is listed on this document for hereditary purposes. The current Xheng Emperor has ruled for more than 50 years being crowned Emperor since 1955, when he was only 7 years of age. During that time China was a communist nation and the coronation had to take place in secret. However as the exile movement gained strength his leadership became open. After the arrival into the European regino, the Xheng Emperor was put the task of creating a new nation.

To his benefit he had capable leaders such as Shang Kai-Sun, and Xheng Li-Tang at his disposal to adequately create the nation he sought. He heavily encouraged the modernization technology and new liberal movement. The Xheng Emperor commonly does not involve himself with the day to day runnings of the government and nation instead he relies on the Imperial Proxy to do most of the work.

The Xheng Emperor has established himself as a competent statement and leader for his people, representing them abroad with a formidable entorage of advisors and courtiers who parade with him wherever he goes. As the descendant of a long line of rulers, the Xheng Emperor has a responsibility to maintain the dignity of office in which he was born to, the respectability of the Imperial Throne as well as the reputation of a competent and dignified leader.

The leadership of the Xheng Emperor has been called into question by republician political parties, most formidable being the Conservative Alliance which holds more than 250 seats in the legislature. The Xheng Emperor feels that the theat to the monarchy is significant, and even overcompensates for it occasionally. The Xheng Emperor himself went on a 5 year campaign to increase the popularity of the Monarchy appointing the Crown Prince to the position of Imperial Regent, even though the Xheng Emperor was still an active ruler.

The Xheng Emperor addresses the United Nations

The Xheng Emperor travels to many nations and even addressed the United Nations once on behalf of his own people. His movement towards the Monarchist Pact solidified the existance of the Monarchy in the Xheng Arch-Imperium. Other Monarchists and Monarchs visited the Xheng Emperor in the Imperial Palace and enjoyed the cultural richness of the Arch-Imperium's mosaic of people. The Xheng Emperor heavily encouraged local cultures to thrive and even appointed noble titles to the minorities of Choson and Nipponese, creating miniature monarchies amongst themselves.

The Imperial Proxy was warry of this move as it may create fragmentation amongst them, but to this date nothing of that sort has occured. However there have been some rumours of seperation but those have not yet been confirmed yet.
