The Imperial Navy, usually referred to simply as TIN - or 'the TIN man' in social threads (a friendly moniker first used by Pure Metal) - was a poster renouned for his sheer randomness and sense of humour in the General forum. One of the old guard, TIN was a member of the 10,000 post club and ran for election with his Party Of Order in the first NS General Election, held on 6th July 2005. Shortly after suffering a crushing defeat the TIN man was forced to leave NationStates due to losing his acess to the internet. However, TIN is fondly and affectionatley remembered by many posters today. His infatuation with the poster FairyTInkArisen will also not be forgotten ;)
